The city of Tuscaloosa announced Friday the closure of a key business office in Tuscaloosa. The closing will potentially affect payments to an essential amenity for residents.

On Tuesday, September 30, from noon until 5 p.m., the Water Business Office will be closed to the public the city of Tuscaloosa announced via press release Friday.

 

The Water Business Office will not be accepting in-person payments due to the end-of-year soft close. Customers who need to make payments to their account can still make payments during this time. it would have to be made online.

The Business Permits Counter and all other City business centers will remain open. For questions, please call Tuscaloosa 311.
