The City of Tuscaloosa is accepting resumes for a position on the Tuscaloosa County Parks and Recreation Board of Directors, according to a press release sent to Townsquare Media.

The board position is for a term ending September 30, 2029.

The Tuscaloosa County Parks and Recreation Board of Directors directs, supervises, and promotes recreation programs that contribute to the general welfare of the residents of the county. Board members serve 4-year terms.
According to the press release, board members must attend monthly meetings, be a resident of Tuscaloosa County, and have knowledge or interest in parks and recreation.
