Tuscaloosa Fire Officials Investigating Tuesday Apartment Fire

Tuscaloosa Fire Rescue is said to be currently investigating a recent fire that happened at a West Alabama apartment complex.

Oakley Apartments, located at 235 James I Harrison Jr Pkwy in Tuscaloosa, is the subject of a fire investigation after a blaze broke out Tuesday.

Although no injuries were reported, Tuscaloosa Fire Rescue says that they spotted a significant fire at the complex upon arrival.

"Crews quickly knocked the fire down, extinguished the fire, and there were no injuries. Fire is currently under investigation," TFR posted on their Facebook page Wednesday.

The fire was spotted coming from a 2nd floor apartment window.
