TOWNSQUARE MEDIA ROLL DICE ROLL CONTEST RULES 2025

PLEASE READ ALL CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THE CONTRACT WILL BE VOIDED IF IT IS NOT PROPERLY SIGNED OR ITS TERMS ARE NOT COMPLIED WITH. 

1. Contestant(s) will be randomly selected by Townsquare Media on 95.3 The Bear, WFFN. 
2. No contestant may be selected to participate on more than one (1) occasion. The individual selected CANNOT choose another person to participate on his/her behalf. 
3. Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of Townsquare Media, Alabama Campers, or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be INELIGIBLE to participate.
4. A sign-up sheet of contestants that includes their first and last names will be available on-site.
5. Contestant(s) shall not be permitted any practice, warm-up, or qualifying rolls/throws at any time after his/her notification of participation in the promotion until the actual prize roll/throw.

Witnesses & Video Recording:  

6. Townsquare Media and Alabama Campers shall serve as witnesses and shall supervise the event.
7. It is imperative that the individual operating the video camera shows the contestant’s body position in relation to the various demarcation lines as well as the dice coming to rest for each roll.

Contest:  

8. To win the 2025 Sprinter 5th Wheel, contestants must successfully roll/throw each die one at a time or all of the dice at the same time onto a smooth playing surface with the skyward side coming to rest as follows:

 ALL FOUR DIE MUST HAVE THE 95.3 THE BEAR LOGO FACING SKYWARD.

9. Each dice must come to rest a minimum of four (4) feet from where the roll throw was initiated and make a minimum of two (2) complete rotations prior to coming to rest.
10. Any die that is stacked or leaning in any fashion or that falls off of the rolling surface will void the roll/throw, and the contestant will be allowed a replacement roll/throw of all of the dice. 
11. The total number of contestant(s) must not exceed: 12 on 07/12/2025. 

Equipment: 

 12. Any tampering with the dice is prohibited. 

Claims: 

13. Winner must agree to execution of an affidavit. 
14. All taxes due are to be paid by the contest winner. 
15. All decisions by Townsquare Media are final. 

Eligibility: 

16. The Roll Dice Roll Contest is open to legal residents of the contiguous lower 48 states who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees of Contest Organizers, its affiliated radio stations, and their respective affiliated and subsidiary companies, partners, and members of the immediate families or households of such employees (“Excluded Individuals”) are not eligible. Additionally, immediate family members of the Excluded Individuals are not eligible to participate in the Contest. For the purpose of these Contest Rules, “immediate family” includes father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, legal or common-law spouse, and individuals with whom such employees, agents, and representatives reside (whether related or not). All U.S., federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law.

Terms of Entry: 

17. No purchase necessary. Contestants are selected by voting on air on WFFN. 
18. Early registration does not guarantee a prize. 

Winner Notification: 

19. Each randomly drawn winner will be notified by the radio station through which they entered, using the phone and/or email from the winner’s Daily Prize Entry registration. Winner must return the station’s call or email within 48 hours or he/she will forfeit the prize. If Station does not hear back from the randomly chosen winner within 48 hours, the Company will choose another winner using the same notification procedure.

Prize Description: 

20. One 2025 Sprinter 5th Wheel valued at $75,000. 

Approximate total retail value of all Prizes collectively awarded in this Contest is seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000). 

Prize Collection: 

21. Winner will be required to complete certain paperwork provided by the Company to collect his/her prize, including, but not limited to, a verification of eligibility, a liability and publicity release, W-9, and verified videotape of the contest (the “Winner’s Packet”). The Winner’s Packet will be sent to the Winner via DocuSign, using the email on file with his/her Daily Prize Entry registration. The winner will have two (2) weeks from the date at which the DocuSign is sent to complete and return the Winner’s Packet, fully completed with all the necessary and required information. Once the completed Winner’s Packet is received, the Company will deliver the Prize to the Winner. Failure to complete the Winner’s Packet and claim the Prize within the two (2) week time frame constitutes forfeiture of the Prize. If the Prize is forfeited for the above reasons, the Company may, in its sole discretion, award it to an alternate winner.

Prize Terms: 

22. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize or equivalent prize. Prizes are subject to availability and other contest rules. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the random dice throw, 7/12/2025. 
23. Each potential Contest Winner will be notified by phone or email of their Winner status. If chosen as a Contest Winner, the entrant must return the Contest Organizer’s call or email within 48 hours or risk forfeiture of the applicable Prize. If Contest Organizer is unable to connect with the entrant within 48 hours, Contest Organizer reserves the right to choose another Contest Winner.
24. All official Contest Winners must fill out all paperwork (including verification of eligibility and a liability and publicity release) and claim his/her Prize from Contest Organizer within two (2) weeks from the date Contest Winner returns Contest Organizer’s call or email notifying entrant that he/she has won, or Contest Winner risks forfeiture of the Prize. In Contest Organizer’s discretion, Contest Winners may be required to receive the Prize via mail, to pick up the Prize at the participating station, or to receive the Prize via another method specified by Contest Organizer. Failure to claim the Prize within the time frame above constitutes forfeiture of the Prize. If forfeited, the Prize may be awarded to an alternate Winner in the Contest Organizers' sole and absolute discretion.
25. All Prize claims are subject to verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules. If you are deemed a Contest Winner, but found to be ineligible, you will be disqualified from the contest, and any Prize awarded to you will be forfeited.

Conclusion of Contest: 

26. This contest will end promptly after the last Daily Prize Entry winner has been determined and notified of such status.

Disclaimer: Technical Issues: 

27. The Company is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, any inability of a participant to complete an entry due to acts beyond the Company's control, or any other error, failure, or defect of any kind. Entries must be made as detailed herein.

Conditions and Limitations: 

28. 28. Company reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize to a selected Winner in the event of non-compliance with these rules. Winners are subject to a verification process to include the Winner's name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number, and social security number. If a Winner is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate Winner in its sole disc Employees of the Company, Sweepstake's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation (whether or not related) or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household (whether or not related).

Publicity; Use of Personal Information: 

29. By participating in this contest, all participants and Winners grant the Company permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contest, participating station(s) and participating sponsor(s), and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the contest, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes on a worldwide basis in perpetuity.

Release and Indemnity: 

30. By participating in the contest, each participant and Winner (i) waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the employees and agents of each (collectively, the “Company Released Parties”), the Sweepstake's sponsors, and their parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective employees and agents (collectively, the “Sponsor Released Parties,” together with the Company Released Parties, the “Released Parties”), for any loss, claim or cause of action or personal injury which may arise out of the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any Prize including, but not limited to: (a) errors of any kind in the promotion or administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (b) injury (up to and including death) or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any Prize, including travel, and (ii) agrees to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Contest and does hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by Prize supplier that are sent along with the Prize. Each participant further agrees that in the event of any claim, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Each participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Taxes: 

31. Any valuation of the Prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any Prize awarded to a Winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. The Company and Sponsor reserve the right to withhold and deduct taxes and charges from the Prize if and to the extent required by law. Each Winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any Prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other Prize. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Stations will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

Conduct and Decisions: 

32. By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company, which are final and binding. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain Winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final and binding. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical or technical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference, or any event beyond the control of the Company, or if for any other reason the Company determines that the Contest cannot be run as planned, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Miscellaneous: 

Each Winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company's release form to claim the Prize. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules, or discontinue the Contest at any time. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the Stations and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self- addressed envelope. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned. To be removed from our direct mail, email, or fax lists, visit the main office of the Station during regular business hours, or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with contest name to Townsquare Media, 1 Manhattanville Rd, Suite 202, Purchase, NY 10577. To request the name of the winners, send a separate, self-addressed stamped envelope with contest name to Townsquare Media, 1 Manhattanville Rd, Suite 202, Purchase, NY 10577. Requests for winners’ lists must be received within sixty (60) days of the end of the Contest dates first listed above. 

Compliance with Law: 

The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.
