The Margarita Pitcher Ban is Over!

Grab some friends and head out for that pitcher of Margarita's after all!  

The Alabama ABC Board says the reversal was already under consideration and not because of the publicity garnered after an story in AL.com criticized the moratorium.  Dean Argo, the government relations manager for the ABC Board says the brief ban was based on an old rule that determined the pitchers were illegal because each glass from the pitcher could have a different amount of alcohol.
