Research at Morgan Stanley says we have been overwithholding significantly.

Taxes will be lower for most people because of the GOP tax bill. You can change withholdings at the first of the year. Most Americans withhold too much on their payroll taxes.

We will reportedly have more money in our pockets. 65% of us will reportedly save any refund. 5% of Alabamians say they will make a major purchase.
