The annual event returns to Tuscaloosa after a year absence due to COVID.

What started as a challenge among friends in North Carolina has transformed into a nationally publicized charity race, and a growing tradition in the city of Tuscaloosa.

Four years of running and eating doughnuts and the Tuscaloosa Krispy Kreme Challenge just keeps growing!

With the 4th annual Tuscaloosa Krispy Kreme Challenge happening this Saturday, we thought you might like to see what it's like to take the challenge!

Saturday morning, Tuscaloosa runners and doughnut lovers alike will run, chow down on a dozen doughnuts (or not) and compete, all while raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Government Plaza will be filled with experienced and first-time runners, thrill seekers and doughnut lovers this Saturday for the Tuscaloosa Kripsy Kreme Challenge.

For the 3rd year Tuscaloosa runners and doughnut lovers alike will have the chance to run, chow down and compete, all while raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of W. Alabama!
