Alabama has been named most polite state in America.

FreshBooks announced Monday that the Yellowhammer State has surged to the top spot in 2019.
The website monitored small business invoices for words like please and thank you.

Last year Oklahoma was named most polite state by a 20 percentage point lead. This year the win for Alabama was a huge upset win.
