Severe storms are once again part of Alabama's forecast.

The National Weather Service has placed points south of Interstate 20/59 under a slight risk for severe weather tomorrow while Tuscaloosa and points north have been placed in the marginal risk area.

Threats from tomorrow's storms could include damaging winds of up to 60 miles an hour and quarter size hail, and storms are anticipated to impact our area between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Temperatures are expected to drop sharply after the storm system clears out; overnight frost will be possible early Thursday and Friday mornings as lows dip down to the low 30's.
