Strange Alabama- USS Alabama Battleship

While driving into Mobile through I-10, it's hard not to notice the massive military vessel floating in Mobile Bay. This ship is the USS Alabama which is now one of Alabama's most famous tourist attractions.

After enduring nine battles in World War II, this battleship is now purely for entertainment. Visitors may tour the ship's deck and marvel at historic artifacts from its glory days. You can even make reservations for an overnight encampment or enjoy a tasty dinner!

In addition to the USS Alabama, there are also large tanks, tractors, aircrafts, and much more on site. This includes a 311-foot submarine called the USS Drum which has recently undergone meticulous restorations.
