The West Alabama Chamber announced via press release they will host an event for local officials at the University of Alabama next month.

Thursday October 16, the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama will have their 2025 Chamber in Session: State of the Community event, presented by TTL, Inc., at the Bryant Conference Center.

The event will be from 11:30a until 1:00p and feature Mayor Walt Maddox of Tuscaloosa, Mayor John Hinton of Northport, and Judge Rob Robertson of Tuscaloosa County.

According to the press release, the officials above will provide a comprehensive update on the state of the community. 

Chamber in Session events are a key part of The Chamber’s public policy and advocacy efforts. These topic-focused events are held throughout the year and typically attract more than 300 attendees.  

 

Registration is $50 for Chamber members, and $70 for non-members.
