Spann: “Coolest Air So Far This Season” Comes Over the Weekend
Now through Thursday, our weather outlook will be more of the same, warm and dry. However, that will change starting on Friday as a cold front will move into our area. This will bring cloudy conditions and light rain to portions of Alabama.
Possible Sweater Weather?
James Spann, ABC 33/40, and Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Chief Meteorologist said that the “coolest air so far this season rolls into Alabama over the weekend.”
By Sunday morning, temperatures in the northern 2/3 of the state will range from 65 to 73 degrees, with lows dropping into the 40s. Even in far South Alabama, the temperature will dip to the low 50s. The weather will be dry air, ensuring sunny days and clear nights, said Spann.
