Shelton State Scholarship Application Deadline March 1st

Shelton State Community College offers competitive scholarships to qualified students who are Alabama residents.

Shelton State's website has a 2016-17 Scholarship Application Checklist:

They say the Items below may be necessary to complete the scholarship application process.  Some items will require uploading.

• Shelton State Community College application for admission and student number
• AwardSpring password (available January 19 at noon)
• Most recent high school or college transcript showing most current cumulative GPA (unofficial transcript accepted)*
• ACT or SAT score report
• GED score report
• Essay stating educational goals as they relate to the applicant’s program of study (300 word maximum)*
• Two references; name, email, and phone number
