Police Suspect Foul Play After Man Found Dead in Car

The Tuscaloosa Violent Crime Unit is investigating after a man was found dead in a car on 11th Avenue Monday morning, police have confirmed.

Captain Kip Hart, the assistant commander of the VCU, said officers were called to the 1900 block of 11th Avenue early Monday morning, where they found a 33-year-old man dead in a parked vehicle.

Hart said police do believe foul play was involved and are investigating further. No other details were immediately available, but watch this site and station for more news as updates come in.
