Druid City Music Hall is set to open with its first live show on Wednesday, August 26th in the old Jupiter location on The Strip in Tuscaloosa.

Moon Taxi will headline the first live music show to grace the confines of the building since The Jupiter closed up shop on November 30, 2014.

A second show has been scheduled on October 6th with electronic artist, Griz.

The location has been a staple for live music on The Strip for many years hosting shows from diverse acts such as Kenny Chesney, Jason Isbell, Maroon 5, Luke Bryan, Shinedown, Nickel Creek, Blind Melon, Everclear, and Old Crow Medicine Show.

Located at 1307 University Blvd. in Tuscaloosa, next to Waffle House, Druid City Music Hall will join Rhythm & Brews, Egans, Tuscaloosa Amphitheater, Green Bar and others as true live music venues in Tuscaloosa. Along with being a place for concertgoers to see a show, DCMH will also host private events.
