A list of purported 2019 Grammy Awards winners that has been circulating online is a fake, according to the Recording Academy.

A since-deleted video tweet claimed to show some of the winners in the 2019 Grammy Awards, which are coming up on Feb. 10. The tweet also claimed to have viewed a larger list of winners after a hack of the Grammy Awards website, but in a statement to Billboard, a representative for the Recording Academy denies that there has been any leak of the winners' names.

"There is no legitimacy to this," the rep says, adding, "Grammy Awards results are not shared, even with Recording Academy staff members, until the day of the Grammy Awards ceremony, when names of the recipients are delivered by [accounting firm] Deloitte in sealed envelopes."

The spokesperson adds that the Recording Academy is consulting with its legal team about the possibility of pursuing legal action over the matter.

While the tweet is gone now, the Twitter account @mainpopdata reports that the video alleged to show someone scrolling through the categories of Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Album of the Year on the Grammy Awards website, supposedly revealing the winners. The video claimed Maren Morris, Zedd and Grey won Best Pop Duo / Group Performance for their collaboration on "The Middle," while Taylor Swift was alleged to have won Best Pop Album for Reputation.

Carlile and Musgraves are also among the artists who have been announced to perform at the 2019 Grammy Awards, which are set to broadcast live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Feb. 10 at 8PM ET. Alicia Keys will host the ceremony in 2019. Dan + Shay and Miley Cyrus are also among the 2019 Grammy Awards performers.
