Kickoff Time Announced for No. 1 Alabama at No. 4 LSU
It might not be labeled as the 'Game of the Century' but this year's Alabama-LSU game will be one of the most important matchups of this college football season.
After a loss to Florida a few weeks ago, the LSU Tigers rebounded with a win over Georgia and Mississippi State to climb all the way back up into the top five of the polls. Alabama, meanwhile, has blown the doors off its first eight opponents to become the unanimous No. 1. These two SEC West powers will square off on November 3 with the division - and likely a College Football Playoff berth - on the line.
The Southeastern Conference announced kickoff times for week 10 and the Tide and Tigers will be back under the lights of Death Valley for a 7 p.m. kickoff. CBS Sports will broadcast a doubleheader beginning with either Georgia-Kentucky or Missouri-Florida in the customary 2:30 p.m. time slot and follow that up with Alabama and LSU in primetime.
Coverage for the game will begin at 1 p.m. with a live broadcast from the sportsbook at Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Mississippi. Tide 102.9, 100.9 and 95.3 the Bear will also have live postgame coverage following the Crimson Tide Sports Network's broadcast from Baton Rouge.
