Fad Diets

Remember the Atkins diet? At one point it was THE go to diet for people who wanted to drop pounds fast. Slim Fast wasn't a diet particularly but it was a major fad that celebrities and regular people alike used a lot. Did it ever work? I'd love to know.

The Keto diet is one of the more recent fad diets. I have to admit, this one almost had me join the club! It just sounds so doable. A diet that's high in fat and low on carbs sounds like a dream diet.

If you're looking for a short term cleanse, I'm trying one with my wife and I think it's kind of cool. This 3-day juice cleanse is suppose to cleanse the body and sort of reset your taste buds and body alike.

The breakdown includes three separate fresh juices with all kinds of natural ingredients that are supposed to cleanse your body of sugars, flush the kidneys, and colon.

Some of the ingredients in the juices are beets, cilantro, carrots, apples, ginger, and parsley just to name a few.

I'm hopeful this cleanse will have me and my wife feeling good and I think more people in Tuscaloosa should try it out. I'll be sure to report back how I feel afterwards. In the meantime, check out this video we're using as a guide to this 3-day juice cleanse.
