This commemorative performance honors the events of June 9, 1964—known as Bloody Tuesday—when civil rights demonstrators in Tuscaloosa courageously stood for justice.

Weekly rehearsals will be held each Tuesday at 6:00 PM at Christ Baptist Church, 2610 Greensboro Ave, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Ramsey O’Daniel.

More than just a musical event, this choir serves as a living tribute to the struggle for equality, using gospel music to connect generations in remembrance and celebration. Whether you're a member of a church choir, a community group, or an individual soloist, your voice can help amplify the legacy of those who marched for justice.

Interested participants are encouraged to get involved and help bring this historic event to life through song.
