Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett and Joe Diffie

Jason Aldean's latest song "1994" is a sort of tribute to legendary 90's country superstar Joe Diffie. I learned today that the song was actually pinned by up and coming young country artist Thomas Rhett of " Beer with Jesus" fame.

It's cool to see young artist that seem to appreciate the guys that paved the way for them. Aldean has been around a while and has a mass fan base and his willingness to record and release a song like "1994" tells me he along with Thomas Rhett are for real! I was 1 year out of high school in '94. I completely get this song. Sometimes I miss the 90's!
