Four-star class of 2024 edge KingJoseph Edwards has narrowed down his schools to eight.

The senior will choose between Georgia, Florida State, South Carolina, Tennessee, TCU, Texas, Oklahoma, and Alabama.

The Ga., native ranks No. 204 nationally, No. 16 in edges, and No. 27 in Ga., according to 247Sports Composite. 

"A potential game changer on both sides of the ball. Viewed by some college recruiters as a pass rusher at the next level and others as a tight end. Turned heads at both positions the spring/winter following sophomore season as he dominated both elite camps and 7-on-7 tournaments. Already looks the part as he’s over 6-foot-4 and over 235 pounds. Thick throughout the torso, but in a good way. Should only continue to add mass over the next few years. Still learning how to formulate a game plan and attack a quarterback on a consistent basis, but initial burst and ability to dip/bend tends to cause plenty of issues for opposing offensive tackles," said director of scouting for 247Sports Andrew Ivins.

According to the On3Sports Recruiting Prediction Machine, Georgia is the favorite to land the prospect with a 51.1% chance.
