Alabama Lands Two on 2025 Biletnikoff Award Watch List
On Wednesday, Alabama's dynamic duo of returning starters at the wide receiver position, Ryan Williams and Germie Bernard, were both named to the Fred Biletnikoff Award Watch List, awarded annually to the top wide receiver in college football.

Bernard is entering his senior season of college football and his second year with the Crimson Tide. Last year, Bernard led Alabama in receptions and was the second-leading receiver in yardage, with 50 catches for 794 yards and two receiving touchdowns. Bernard averaged 15.9 yards per catch during his first year at Alabama.
Williams is entering his second year of college football and his second year at Alabama. Last season, the 17-year-old led the Crimson Tide in receiving yards and receiving touchdowns, and was second on the team in catches. Williams caught 48 passes for 865 yards and eight touchdowns, averaging 18 yards per catch during his freshman campaign.
Alabama is no stranger to the Fred Biletnikoff Award, with three former Alabama stars winning the award. Amari Cooper was the program's first winner in 2014, Jerry Jeudy won the award in 2018, and DeVonta Smith is Alabama's most recent winner during the 2020 college football season.
