Alabama's senior guard Jahvon Quinerly will enter his name into the 2023 NBA draft, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS sports. Quinerly played in 35 games for the Crimson Tide, making six starts, despite tearing his ACL in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament in 2022.

Quinerly averaged 8.7 points and 3.6 assists for the Tide this past season, scoring a season high 24 points in an overtime victory against the Auburn Tigers. Quinerly won the SEC Tournament MVP in 2021 and was named the Co-Sixth Man of the Year in the SEC in 2023.

Despite playing his senior year, Quinerly still has one more year of eligibility, given due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He has until May 31 to declare whether he will return to school for a sixth year, stay in the NBA draft process or choose other options.
