Hard Freeze Warning for Areas of Alabama Kicks Off the Weekend
Expect several more days of chilly temperatures in our area as another wave of Arctic air is set to hit the Yellowhammer State. There is some good news to share: you can look forward to milder conditions next week.
Until then … a “Hard Freeze Warning” has been issued by the National Weather Service in Birmingham.
This warning is in place from Friday, January 19, at 8:00 p.m. until Saturday, January 20 at Noon.
Temperatures remain below freezing along and north of I-20 on Saturday.
It is in place for portions of Alabama, including the Townsquare Media coverage area.
