The alleged incident happened in the early morning hours of Saturday Jan. 13, at the Hotel Capstone on The U of A campus. The report reveals that an Uber driver, (an unidentified 30 year old male), picked up Humphrey and two women on the strip and drove them to the Hotel Capstone. Humphrey borrowed a phone charger from the driver, but then allegedly refused to give it back to him. The driver also states that Humphrey elbowed him during the ordeal.
