I don’t suppose many of us can understand what could be so terrible as to make you want to shoot a coworker. I know I have been angry at times when someone steals my  lunch out of the break room refrigerator, but I never thought about shooting someone over my tuna sandwich.

A fight between 2 people can happen at work but rarely do you think it would end up with one being shot.

Well, being shot by a fellow coworker does happen more times than you would think.

This is not the first shooting to happen between coworkers this year.

In the last 6 months alone, there have been shootings involving coworkers across this nation. Charleston NC, Lake Orion MI, Nashville TN, Smithsburg WV, and Covington GA to name a few.

A fight at an air filter supplier located in Talladega Alabama has sent one person to a local hospital.

The altercation at FilterBuy, which sells air filters for central air units, sent one 21-year-old male victim to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.

The suspect was later arrested by the Talladega County Drug Task Force. The suspect's name has not been released.

The Talladega police department was called to FilterBuy, located on Pope Street, for a shooting on September 8th.

The 21-year-old male victim was rushed to UAB Hospital with several gunshot wounds.

No update is available as to the condition of the victim.

According to the Talladega Police Department, an altercation between the suspect and victim led to the shooting, no other information has been released yet.

The shooting is still under investigation by the Talladega Police Department.
