It could reach South Florida this weekend. Gov. Rick Scott of Florida declared a state of emergency on Monday.
From the desk of 95.3 the Bear's Bobby Best, As a matter of fact, Irma is the second strongest hurricane ever recorded in the Atlantic Basin, right behind Hurricane Allen, in 1980!
Hurricane Allen had maximum sustained winds of 190 miles per hour and Hurricane Irma has maximum sustained winds of 185 miles per hour!!!
