Blame it on Elsa!

The Police Department in Slidell, Louisiana has issued an arrest warrant for Queen Elsa from the Disney movie ''Frozen.'' They are blaming North America's cold snap on her and offering a $100,000,000 reward,

Their Facebook post reads; ''WANTED: Slidell PD has issued an arrest warrant for Queen Elsa from Frozen. As you can see by the weather, she is a very dangerous girl. Approach with caution!''

According to nola.com, the Sidell PD says the Harlan, KT police department was the first to link Queen Elsa to the frigid weather in the south, but they are determined to apprehend the culprit and bring her to justice.
