Two pounds chopped Filet Mignon
Two finely diced yellow onions
Two chopped and seeded jalapeños
One chopped bell pepper
Two 8 ounce cans Southwest chopped tomatoes
Two 8 ounce cans of chopped green chiles
Half cup of beef stock
Two eight ounce cans of tomato sauce
Two tablespoons of chili powder
One tablespoon of garlic powder
One tablespoon of cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Place in crockpot
Cook six hours on medium
Serve with shredded cheese, diced onions, sour cream, and Saltine crackers.
