Bacon Brew & Que Preview: Pepperjack Mac and Bacon Hummus from Glory Bound

Just nine days left until we kick off the Sixth Annual Bacon Brew & Que presented by New Belgium and Fat Tire, and we're bringing you another preview of some of the amazing food that will be on site to sample!

Today, we're highlighting two dishes from our friends at Glory Bound Gyro Company, who will be rocking tastebuds with their samples of their Bacon Hummus AND their Pepperjack Mac and Cheese.

First of all, just look at that hummus -- it's a creamy chickpea dip topped with candied bacon and livened up with a blend of spices and brown sugar. Slathered on a pita chip, it will blow your mind.

One dish for our guests wasn't enough for Glory Bound, though -- they're also bringing their Pepperjack Mac and Cheese, a meat-packed pasta mixed with beef, lamb and bacon and topped with pepperjack cheese, sliced red onions, shredded lettuce and spices.
