According to CBS News, customers can get paid up to $7.500 from this $177million AT&T data breach settlement.

The deadline to file a claim on the settlement website is November 18th, 2025.

Customers can either file a claim for being affected by the first data breach, the second data breach, or both. The first settlement award is up to $5,000, and the second data breach settlement is up to $2,500.

You may be wondering when you'd get your settlement money if you qualify for any of these settlements. According to CBS News, settlement payments could go out as early as December this year.

You can find out if you're eligible for this settlement by heading over to the settlement website.

The final approval hearing is set for December 3rd, 2025.
