In an official statement, Alabama Power expresses readiness for the anticipated winter weather, emphasizing its dedication to delivering secure, dependable, and affordable energy to its customers, particularly during critical times. They assure that their team is prepared to restore power promptly and safely during localized outages.
“For customers who depend on electricity to power medical devices in their home, we want to remind them to be prepared in case outages occur this week,” said Kimbrough. “Be sure to have a backup plan to power these devices, or make arrangements ahead of time to stay with loved ones or find a shelter.”
