Advisory: Expect Wind Gusts up to 45 Mph in Portions of Alabama
The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a “Wind Advisory” for portions of Alabama.
Those under the wind advisory can expect southeast winds of 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 40-45 mph.
Be aware because gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down, resulting in a few power outages. According to the National Weather Service in Birmingham, these winds will occur on the back side of the rain as the rain ends.
This wind advisory goes until Noon for the following Townsquare Media Coverage Area counties.
