On a hot Alabama summer night, you reach for a frozen treat.  Could be ice cream or frozen yogurt, maybe a popsicle or a frozen drink.  Here's another, healthier idea.  My wife introduced this to me a few years ago, you may already do this.  Frozen grapes!  If you've never tried it you should, especially if you love grapes.  Just throw them in the freezer in a container, and grab a handful when you want a sweet frozen treat.  We call them healthy little frozen popsicles.  Try it with your family and tell me what you think.  And let me know if you have any other ideas for tasty healthy snacks,
