23rd Ave in Tuscaloosa to Be Closed Saturday for Resurfacing
The City of Tuscaloosa will resurface 23rd Avenue from University Boulevard to 4th Street from 5 to 10:30 am on Saturday, Jan. 28th.
The road will be closed during paving operations. Motorists will need to take Greensboro Avenue or 22nd Avenue to access 4th Street.
