The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for several counties in Alabama. This starts on Sunday, January 16, 2022, starting at 6:00 am and goes until 3:00 pm and for some areas until 9:00 pm. Please counties and times below.

James Spann, ABC 33/40, and Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Chief Meteorologist reminds us that “temperatures across Alabama tomorrow will fall into the mid-30s, and roads should remain just wet, even where snowfalls. But, there could be some patchy black ice on bridges tomorrow night as the sky clears and temperatures fall below freezing.”
