The following information concerning closings and hazardous road conditions have been reported:

Tuscaloosa County Schools have announced that school is canceled today because of loss of electricity, debris, power lines, and trees on county roads.

Tuscaloosa City Schools are closed.

Pickens County Schools are dismissing at 12:00.

American Christian Academy is dismissing at 1:05.

Shelton State is closed.

Holy Spirit is closed.

Playhouse Christian Academy is closed.

Sumter Head Start is closed.

Hale County Schools dismissing at noon.

Walker County Schools will open at 10:00am.

Lamar County Schools closing at 12:00.University of West Alabama closing at 12:30.

Tuscaloosa County EMA David Hartin says reports have been pouring in off downed trees across the county.

Damage has been reported in the Highway 69 South area, Bear Creek Rd, Hargrove Rd East, Bradley Rd, Taylorwood Estates, Highway 82 East in Duncanville, Lower Coaling Rd, Golden Acres Estates, Ski Lakes, and Johns Rd.

No significant damage has been reported in Hale County, although there are a few trees down and minor flooding in Greensboro.
