Monk’s Top 20 Loretta Lynn Songs
Today is Loretta Lynn's 85th birthday and she's celebrating by playing two sold out shows at the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
The first show is tonight and I'm proud to say that I'll be on the floor for her second show on Saturday night.
To say I'm a fan of Loretta's music is an understatement. From the first time I saw Coal Miner's Daughter with Sissy Spasek, I've been in love with the music and fascinated with her life story. Visiting her home in Butcher Hollow, Kentucky and seeing her live have been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember. Tomorrow night, I can check one of those off the list!
