One thing that we're never quite prepared to encounter is a member of law enforcement being arrested.  However, such is the case for an Alabama game warden.

According to the Montgomery Advertiser, 56-year-old James Hudson II of Wetumpka was arrested Monday afternoon at a Prattville Bass Pro Shops.  He is said to have been in uniform and driving his state-issued vehicle at the time of his arrest.

Police confirmed that Hudson is a conservation enforcement officer with the Alabama Department of Conservation.
