Former President Bush Gives Thoughts on American Politics

Though we haven't seen much of him since last year, former President George Bush recently delivered a speech on the current state of American politics.

The last time we saw old George, he seemed to be enjoying the stress-free life.

Considering those elected to that office since his tenure, was he that bad of a president?  When it comes to the presidency, do we tend to base our opinions on the man or his work for that office?
