Another Sign of Spring

We are less than a month away from Summer and their are still signs of Spring everywhere. I spotted a bird nest behind our front porch light yesterday. I held my phone up as high as I could and clicked randomly hoping to get a good shot of what was inside.

I wanted to show it to my 4 year old. He was exited that we were going to have baby birds like our neighbors. I think I was just as excited.  I'll check it a couple times a week till they hatch and post a pic. What is it about bird eggs that can still fascinate us like we were kids?
