It's being called "A decades-old mystery" and it was finally solved during the demolition of Centralia High School in Illinois. A plumber was knocking out the wall in the girl's bathroom and found 15 wallets dating back to the 1940's.

While the money was long gone, the wallets still contained identification cards, which belonged to young women who attended the school in the 1940s.

89-year-old Betty June Sissom told reporters..."This is exciting! I can't believe this after all of these years, my wallet has been returned!"
