Northport Fire Rescue is Promoting Fire Safety for the Month of June

Northport Fire Rescue and The American Red Cross are helping our community every Saturday in June. Firefighters are going door to door installing and checking smoke detectors in homes.

The American Red Cross an average of 7 people a day die from house fires. They are donating the smoke detectors and Northport Fire Rescue will be installing them ( if you don't have one) for free. If you do have a smoke detector, the firefighters will insure it is working properly.
