Memorial Day Recipes

I talked earlier this week about a Jamaican Goat recipe. I posted it on our site. a friend of mine, Raji Singh, sent me an email that changed my day. He offered to bring me a sample of home made Indian goat curry. At 11:15 Friday morning he arrived.

Memorial Day weekend is a time when we remember the men and women who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. Many across America will celebrate with family gatherings featuring lots of food. There is no shortage of Memorial Day recipes out there but this one promises to be the center of attention.
