A long running tradition at baseball parks around the country, throwing out the first pitch. Those who get the honor vary from celebrities, and politicians to special a recognition. But, all too often, what should be a nice gesture by the baseball team, turns into an embarrassing toss for the guest.

Okay, now enter retired U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Brian Keaton. The Iraq vet, and father of 5, was wounded by a bomb. This proud vet spent years recovering and was chosen to be honored at a Washington Nationals ball game. What he gave us was a memorable grenade-style toss of the baseball for a first pitch.
