WHAT IS OUR SOCIETY BECOMING?

It's not good. Do good people still exist? I believe they do. However, something is deeply wrong.

I have no doubt that this sort of thing could happen in Tuscaloosa, Northport, Moundville, Coker, Gordo, Jasper or Cottondale one day.

It has happened multiple times in the last few years. Individuals, all males up to now, decide they have had "enough" and then commit murder on social media.

Steve Stephens was the first to use Facebook live to stream his murder of an innocent man walking home from a grocery store.

Stephens was angry because of a recent breakup with a female.

In his videos, he ranted and ranted on how the world had treated him so badly. His job, his girlfriend, his family and on and on and on and on.

None of this was his fault. Someone else was to blame.

So he shot an innocent, elderly man after buying some snacks at a local supermarket.

In 2019, Bianca Devins was a fairly well-known Instagram "influencer". She was 17 years old and had become one young man's serious "crush". Brandon Clark is the young man who felt "rejected" by Bianca. So, what did he do to remedy this?

He killed her and streamed it all on social media.

Now we have a 44 year old man, embroiled in a lengthy custody battle, killing both his ex-wife and his ex-girlfriend.

Of course, he live streamed it all on social media.

I don't know what the answer to this problem is, and it certainly is not doing away with Facebook live and other social media streaming. That's the same as blaming the gun instead of the person pulling the trigger.

Are people just crazier in 2021 in America?

Maybe so.
