Will the 2022 champion come from the Crimson Region? Pastor's Kitchen took home the award from 2019 to 2020 and caliente spots like Taco Mama and Los Torascos are looking to be the next Mexican eateries to claim the title. Then again, many of our elite BBQ institutions landed in this region as well. One thing's for certain, things are going to get messy in the Crimson Region.

• Enticing-8: Wednesday, March 23 @ 2 p.m. for 48 hours.
• Flavor-Town-4: Monday, March 28 @ 2 p.m. for 48 hours
• Choose Your Champion: Wednesday, March 30 @ 2 p.m. for 48 hours.
• Winner Announced: Friday, April 1 @ 4 p.m.
