Toby Keith and Friends Bring Interstates and Tailgates to New Jersey [Pictures]
Paslay kicked off the New Jersey Saturday night and got the crowd amped up before the king of BG Nation took the stage for a country-meets-rock 'n' roll set. By the time Keith was ready to perform, it had already been a big shindig in Jersey.
Keith took the PNC Arts Center stage in a button down, a pair of faded jeans and a cowboy hat. He checked to make sure the crowd was joining him in his beer drinking as he held up his solo cup, before playing songs including "Beer for My Horses," "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue," "Should've Been a Cowboy" and "How Do You Like Me Now?"
He also dedicated a medley to Merle Haggard consisting of "Ramblin' Fever," "Fightin' Side of Me" and "Some Fly With Us." He showed his patriotism by saluting the American flag, playing the National Anthem on his guitar and inviting veteran soldiers on stage.
