Mashable.com had this story late yesterday. Skipper David Guillot caught a prehistoric  looking shark and was slightly 'rattled'.

From Mashable.com:

The creature, which lives in waters less than 1,200 meters deep, has the body of an eel and the tail of a shark, with 300 teeth in 25 rows. The frilled shark gets its name from six pairs of gill slits near its neck, and captures prey by bending its body and lunging forward in a snake-like manner.
