Northport City Council President Jeff Hogg appeared on the morning radio show "Steve & DC" on WFFN-FM (95.3 The Bear) and claimed the Kentuck Board "brought this story to the media".

"The story" is the recent news that the Kentuck Festival is looking for a new home for the successful arts fair usually hosted by the city of Northport.

The Tuscaloosa Thread broke the story late yesterday.

City Council President Jeff Hogg commented this morning and pointed the finger directly at the Kentuck Board of Directors for being less than honest with the media.
